K. H. “Kit” Marah is a human who writes things, except on the days she is a sleep deprived goldfish, during which time she has a hard time writing things because all the words come out cbsalrmed.

She is currently a sleep-deprived goldfish.

When she is a human who writes things, she writes character-driven stories at the intersection of thriller, sci-fi, and fantasy, exploring themes of trauma, good, evil, and the cost of true heroism. Expect stories filled with high-stakes, true evil, and reluctant heroes, and possibly riddled with puzzles and codes.

When she’s not writing, she works in a day job that gives her plenty of traumatic experiences for story fodder, studies physics part-time, and travels to such exotic places as Okmulgee, Oklahoma, for work. She also spends a significant amount of time with her family or at church, and she happens to think her family is the best one that exists. She’s pretty sure she’s unbiased on that.
